Zoya Blogger Collection (Birchbox, $22)

Yesterday, a woman walked up to me and asked what color I was wearing on my toes.  It was pretty cool to be able to say, “The shade I designed for Birchbox.”  Sure, it’s my pseudonym, but having your “name” on a polish is pretty cool.  If you want to own the shade that you helped come to life, you should order one soon.  It’s limited edition and selling out quick!

Miss M believes nail polish should be “seasonally appropriate.”  I believe that it should also be sartorially appropriate, meaning your polish should match your outfit.  Check back at 11:00 AM to see which outfits coordinate perfectly with my nail polish.

Just received mine Tuesday – in deep love with all the colors but yours really hits them out of the park!

How big are the polishes in the set? Are they the mini sample sizes that birchbox sends out?

Belle! Your fave Edie tote from J.Crew is on sale today, with an extra 30% off with the code MUSTSHOP (which expires today – it's a secret promo): https://www.jcrew.com/womens_category/handbags/leatherbags/PRDOVR~44801/99102705699/ENE~1+2+3+22+4294967294+20~~~20+17+4294966904~90~~~~~~~/44801.jsp

aec: They're about the same size as an Essie polish. And the ones Birchbox sends are a full size Zoya polish, I'm pretty sure.

  5. JE says:

I loved the idea of the copper penny, but maybe it's my screen or something, but the shade doesn't seem to do justice to the color in the pictures of the polish. Does it really come out looking the color of a shiny new penny?

Since Sloane was born, I’ve fallen hard into a black, white, and blue wardrobe. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but as spring blooms, I need a little color in my wardrobe (and probably a little print too). Here are a few tops that caught my eye for work.

Too Many Tabs: April 19, 2024

This week, I fell mindlessly into my phone more than I think I ever have. My screen time went from 3.5 hours per day to 5 hours per day. But the increased eye strain did lead to some good finds. Just going to leave this right here.  (I really need to work on “Didn’t make […]
