10th Commandment: April 6

Apr 6, 2012

I’m a total trenchcoat girl, but lately, I’ve noticed several fashionable women wearing olive utility jackets on the weekends.  I like the look because it gives an outfit a casual low-maintanence air while still being cool and stylish.

Nice! I just got one of these. I'd love to see some outfit ideas around this kind of jacket. I'm more girly and it's a tough piece for me to figure out, even though I love the look. Thanks!

  2. Terri says:

Love these jackets and the look No handbag necessary!

Considering that's Burberry it's relatively inexpensive. Still can't afford it though – Ebay here I come.

  4. R says:

I bought a grey jacket very similar to these on Gilt recently by Splendid, which I really love.

I just got a jacket similar to this at Gap and love it. Would love to see a 2 ways post on how to wear it in fun ways!

The Find: Shirts That Don’t Gape

I remember when Rochelle Behrens launched The Shirt — a button-down blouse with anti-gape technology (a patented internal button that keeps the look smooth). The Mondays: March 18, 2024

This weekend was a tricky one. The warm weather and bright sunshine of last weekend disappeared in a flurry of wet snow trapping our very active 18-month-old in the house with us. Plus, our babysitter cancelled, so neither of us feels ready for the week ahead. But in between making mac-and-cheese and watching Aristocats for […]
