For a Spring Wedding. I like navy for spring and summer weddings.  Looks good on everyone, can be dressed up or dressed down and it isn’t black. This outfit is not for a cocktail attire wedding, but where I’m from most weddings are church clothes not semi-formal.

I adore the striped cardigan with the structured bow on the front.  This is great for keeping warm on a chilly evening or for a wedding in a conservative house of worship.  The texture on the eyelet dress also pairs well with the stripes.

These little sandals are the perfect summer wedding shoe.  They’re metallic so they work with everything.  They’re also kitten heel so you can dance the night away.

For the hair, I would wear it in a loose wavy side bun.  For the makeup, I would wear a rose lip, pink cheeks and a shimmery gold eye.  I’d also paint my nails (mani and pedi) red.

For Sunday Brunch. This outfit has a lot of style for such simple pieces.  I like the wide leg chambray jeans with the sailor top for a bit of a boho casual look.  I also like the hoop earrings because they’re fun and young, but not six-inch-diameter club-wear hoops.

Here, the bag is really the star.  The pop of color and life that gives the clothes, which have an interesting structure but not much color, life. If you wanted to do more with color, you could wear blazer in blush or orange or a green overcoat.

Lastly, I love these wedges, and I am heartbroken that they are $500. Here’s praying for a sale.

For the hair, stick straight with a 70s bed head vibe.  For the makeup, eyeliner with nude lips and a lightly rosy cheek.  I’d also consider a grey nail polish.

Love those wedges, they are exactly what I've been looking for! But not for 500. Close but no cigar!

Belle – one question I've always had about the crossbody bags is whether you can wear one if you have large breasts? The strap always seems to end up between my boobs and only makes them look bigger. Suggestions?

Unfortunately I prefer the cork over the espadrille look. But I've had good luck with Bandolino shoes in the past.

I purchased last week a very similar pair of Ivanka Trump wedges to the ones you features and they are much cheaper @ $140! I wasn't sure about the brand, but they are very high quality and are absolutely beautiful. I ordered them from Zappos and they are absolutely fabulous and come in tan an brown. You can find them at https://www.zappos.com/ivanka-trump-etta-rustic-tan

It’s allegedly spring. However, for every minute of sunshine, there seems to be an hour of rain and gloom. So while I’d love to wear lighter spring pieces, it’s time to bring on the layers.

Business Casual Outfit: Linen Closet

And just like that, it’s April. Summer is almost upon us, and the retailers are filled with linen wares. Now, you know that I am usually unwilling to wear linen to work due to the wrinkles. But in this post-pandemic world, perhaps my mind can change.
