Hot Looks from the 2012 Resort Collections

Jun 9, 2011

While I pride myself on being practical about fashion, sometimes it’s just nice to stare at something pretty or admire something chic and compartmentalize the oh-my-god-that’s-a-down-payment-on-an-FHA-mortgage price tag.  Thus, what follows are some of my favorite looks from the 2012 Resort collections.

Thakoon Additon

This dress just says, “beach in Mexico.”

3.1 Phillip Lim

Donna Karan

A bit of a Black Swan moment.

Jason Wu

My hands down favorite.

Lela Rose

Also Lela Rose

If these photos haven’t quenched your Resort thirst, feel free to gawk at my favorite collection of all time, Chis Benz Resort 2011.

Love the fabric/print of the first dress. I think I need it in a clutch (perhaps more affordable…??)

usually i'm not a huge donna karen fan, but that dress is amazing.

  3. Allison says:

Is Phillip Lim showing a bolero/shrug? Please let that trend stay dead….

Add to Cart: Five Recent Amazon Purchases

Since my daughter was born, Amazon has claimed so much of my money that I had to buy stock just to get some of it back.  Between the formula, onesies, fruit pouches, diapers, wipes, and ever evolving list of baby development gear, I could not survive without Prime.   My husband no longer notices the […]
