Tailored Shirt Dress (Asos, $89)

If I buy this dress (and I’m seriously considering it), I’m going to do two things.  1) I’m going to size up and have it altered because I’ll want the top snug and a little room in the skirt.  2) I’m going to have the fly (why it’s even there is beyond me) sewn down so that it doesn’t pucker.

This is my favorite color! WOW…so difficult to find.

  2. Katie says:

Gorgeous!! Looking at the model from the back though, I can only imagine what my booty would look like in this =( haha

  3. L says:

can i advise against purchasing this? everything I have ever bought from ASOS is absolute crap

  4. k says:

That is a gorgeous color. But, like Katie said – what is going on with the models butt? If she's straining the fabric, I'm not sure there's any hope in getting my butt (that runs on around 2 sizes bigger than my top) to look nice without basically ripping the whole dress apart and starting over.

My Best Amazon Fashion Finds

One of the hallmarks of being middle-aged is buying your clothing in the same place you buy your groceries. For some people it’s Costco, for others it’s Target, for me, it’s Amazon. Yesterday, I opened a box that contained a bag of dog treats, gummy candy, a tin of olive oil and a dress. So […]
