10th Commandment: February 23

When I left D.C. last week, the weather was sunny and warm.  When I returned yesterday, it was bitterly cold an windy.  What the hell?  It’s like weather by Sybil around here.  So how does one survive crazy, unpredictable weather when all you want is for it to be Spring?

Layering and color.

Wearing citron keeps the hope alive that soon it will be Spring.  Nothing like a bright to bring a burst of life to your wardrobe.

A short-sleeved cashmere sweater is perfect for layering.  It can be worn over lighter blouses or under heavier jackets.  And as the weather warms, the sweater can be worn alone.  Talk about versatility.
