I am african american and those nude pumps would NOT look nude on me. Have any suggestions for other skin tones?

I personally think it is important for African American women to own nude pumps as well. It’s not necessarily for the “nudity” but more so for the versatile color.
Belle – beyond the peep-toe and cut-outs, what are the rules for sandals in DC in the summer? I’m going to be an intern this summer and I have a couple pairs of sandals that are heeled, but strappy, showing off more foot than shoe. I’m having a hard time deciding if they’re okay to wear or not.
