While some fashionistas get really excited about the Target-designer collaborations, I’ve found that they don’t usually live up to the hype. The floral-print dress above is from the Jean Paul Gaultier for Target collection, and I have to say, I will cut a bitch to own one. I’ll probably pass on the lace driving gloves, but that dress will be mine. Oh yes, it will be mine.
Don’t be frightened off by the rocker-chic styling, the rest of collection contains some fabulous little dresses. Perhaps this is one collection that will live up to the buzz.
I’m all for the idea of these designer collaborations with mass retailers, but the clothes always seem impossible to get. Hard to know when they’re in the stores and which stores carry them, etc. A little tired of being taunted. Any ideas?
