There is nothing better than finding clothes that work for you. That you feel good in. That you want to wear. That you can grab on a day when you don’t have time to think about an outfit and know that you look good.
Last legislative session, I was heavily reliant on my Express suits. They look good. They are comfortable. And they wear like iron. I actually machine wash them on cold-delicate, in garment bags, with gentle detergent. Then, I steam them. They won’t last forever using this method, but they will last for a year plus, which is long enough for me when I’m talking about a <$250 suit. And this new color is amazing.

Two-Button Blazer in Steel Blue ($119)

Mixing shades of blue is like Granimals for adults. This tie neck blouse ($51) is just as easy as a white top, but looks a little nicer.

One of the things I love about Express Editor pants ($69) is the front closure with the built in tab. It’s smoother and lays flatter, which is important if you carry weight in your lower abdomen.

The blouse is GORGEOUS but I haven’t worn Express in over a decade. How is the fit? Does it run true to size/small/large? Thanks!
