Last Call for the Anniversary Sale

Aug 5, 2026

It’s been a difficult week in Spokane. A large wildfire erupted a few miles North of us. It has displaced 65,000 people and has destroyed over 600 homes and structures. Fire crews continue to battle dry conditions, wind, and heat to gain containment of the fire — which has thus far not been achieved. The community is rallying, but this is not a wealthy place and many left their homes with just the clothes on their backs.

I am currently coordinating with another local influencer, and we’re hoping to get donated backpacks and lunch boxes for kids who start school in a couple of weeks. Spokane Public Schools don’t require other school supplies, but these items are still needed. So stay tuned for more information on that effort, as we’re hoping to get bulk pricing to increase our ability to help.

Now, back to your regularly scheduled programming.

The Anniversary Sale is coming to a close this week, and keeping with tradition, I am sharing the “best of what is left,” 10 items that you should have a look at before the prices go up on August 9th. Let’s go.

I love the wool-blend, drape scarf on this Vince coat. It’s so dramatic and chic, and the perfect way to dress up jeans. If you live in a windy place, the built in scarf looks very warm.

This light, ethereal oversized 100% cashmere scarf is smoking deal at $86. Buy one and gift it to your hard-to-buy-for Aunt for Christmas in four months (?!).

Part polo, part funnel neck, this Free People sweater is a great casual option for fall. This would be great under a blazer for a strong fall layering look.

Suede is back for Fall 2026. These Marc Fisher boots are a chic classic that come in three neutral colors. The square toe is a great option with skirts or pants.

This tweed jacket works for both a blazer alternative and a low key jacket. I’d wear this with a graphic tee and jeans, I would also layer it over an a-line dress in a flowy fabric.

This Hunter jacket is water repellant, imminently wearable and still cool. Great selection of colors, love the big pockets.

You know how I feel about a snake print heel. The mix of neutrals takes this from summer to fall to winter with ease. And a 2.5″ heel? Veronica Beard is singing my song.

I have a Varley set that looks like this, and it has become my go-to school drop off look, so this Zella set for 1/2 the price caught my eye immediately. Awesome for those who play tennis, pickleball, etc. and want something a little nicer than a mismatched tee and shorts.

Speaking of shorts, I was a little disappointed in the pajama selection this Anniversary Sale — but this Moonlight short set is a keeper. $43, really comfy and very wearable in the hot weather.

For me the beauty selection was a bust, but this eye palette from Bobbi Brown was good. Soft neutrals, light shimmer, great for a work bag or a travel option. Strangely, one of the rare palettes where I wear all the colors.
