The Find: A Work Dress for All Seasons

A-line dresses are a flattering style for many body types.  However, work dresses in this style can be tough to find.  Luckily, this inclusively sized dress gives this flattering style its due for the office.

This pleated a-line dress from Nordstrom is available in plus size and misses (00-18).  The style mixes a flirty skirt with a fitted top and cap sleeve to create a unique look for work.  And the arced waistline is flattering on many body types, including postpartum and early maternity.

Also, how fantastic is this rusty henna hue?  It’s unexpected for summer and also works in cold weather months.  The misses size also comes in basic black.  To make the rust summer ready, I would wear it with an ivory blazer.
