The Range: White Blazers

Mar 23, 2021

I wear my white blazer 12-months per year.  I wear it with black and gray in the winter.  I wear it with colors and navy in summer.  It’s the first thing I reach for when I need to complete an outfit.  Here are a few options in different price points.

Corner Office

Reiss Leah Tailored Blazer <$500

Cubicle Farm

BCBG One Button Crepe Blazer $150

Front Desk

Kasper Crepe One Button Blazer <$85

I’m a fan of the JCrew going out blazer (it’s a little shrunken and has bracelet sleeves) because it works well with a dress and the sleeves are short enough to not require tailoring. It may not be as timeless as a classic blazer but if anyone is looking for a collarless option, this one is fantastic.

    Abra/Belle,

Could you do a styling post with the white blazer? I just bought one and want to mix it in to my wardrobe. I am also interested in how you wear it casually!

    Thanks!

Oh how I loved a white blazer when I was going into the office every day. One of my favorite looks!

Business Casual Outfit: Linen Closet

And just like that, it’s April. Summer is almost upon us, and the retailers are filled with linen wares. Now, you know that I am usually unwilling to wear linen to work due to the wrinkles. But in this post-pandemic world, perhaps my mind can change.
