The New York Times has a phenomenal list of beginner-level Thanksgiving recipes that almost anyone could make.  I shared this article in yesterday’s newsletter, but there’s so much stress this holiday season, I thought I would share it here too.

I plan on making several of these recipes next week — but especially the carrot tart.  We’re hosting an impromptu dinner with a few local people since everyone’s plans fell through, and this has saved me so much stress.
