The Range: Amazon Dresses for Work and Weekend

Mar 27, 2023

Whenever the spring weather arrives (and judging by this photo it is not on its way), I’m going to need a few affordable dresses.  I like easy pieces that I can throw on, that don’t cost a fortune.  Here are a few pieces from Amazon that fit the bill.

This oversize t-shirt dress is one of my favorites. Looks great with sneakers or sandals.  It’s also a fantastic cover-up for the pool.

This faux-wrap dress is inclusively sized and comes in a handful of colors.  If you need a dress you can throw on for semi-casual Fridays or wear to a work dinner, this is the dress.

If it’s still chilly where you are, this terry, funnel-neck dress is a nice option for cooler weather.

I have owned two versions of this faux-wrap dress, and the floral print options look more expensive than the $25 price tag.

Is it warm where you are?  This tiered dress is a wearable dress that you can dress up or down.  Plus, the straps are thick enough for a real bra.  Sized up to 5x.

I have the short sleeve wrap dress too, and I love it. What jacket/cardigan do you wear with a wrap dress?

i have the tiered dress and it is so easy yet chic! I love the solid wrap dress, seems like it would be a great staple piece!

Would the faux wrap dress be appropriate for a business casual office environment? Trying to find dresses for a work trip.

It’s allegedly spring. However, for every minute of sunshine, there seems to be an hour of rain and gloom. So while I’d love to wear lighter spring pieces, it’s time to bring on the layers.

Business Casual Outfit: Linen Closet

And just like that, it’s April. Summer is almost upon us, and the retailers are filled with linen wares. Now, you know that I am usually unwilling to wear linen to work due to the wrinkles. But in this post-pandemic world, perhaps my mind can change.
