Gift Week: Gifts and Stocking Stuffers Under-$100

Oct 21, 2021

There will be a few more gift guides as the weeks progress for those who aren’t ready to shop yet, but I found some wonderful gifts in this price range.  From stocking stuffers and friend gifts to some gifts that I would like to buy for myself, don’t miss these.

This Enamel Pause bookmark from Make Head Turn is a great option for the book-lover in your life.  The bookmark comes from Wolf & Badger, which always has unique pieces and great gifts under-$100.

Facial steaming is all the rage right now.  This one from Vanity Planet is a compact size, so it doesn’t overtake your bathroom counter.  Steaming helps open pores and moisturize skin, so you can get a deeper clean and more hydration.

This House of Want bag is a great mix of fun and function.  I love the chain both for its utility and decorative elements.  The size also gives you the look of a clutch with the size and utility of a smedium-size crossbody.  It comes in 15 colors, from the totally poppy lavender, to this chic green, to an equally awesome neutral gray.

These pottery mugs from Etsy seller Utopia Life Studio caught my eye for their quirky, but pretty look.  These floral-accented Dagny mugs are also fantastic.  This Farmhouse Pottery mug is also a great option for those with a minimalist aesthetic.

Who doesn’t want longer lashes and thicker brows?  This LashFood Enhancer Serum Duo gives you the serums you need to pump up the volume, so to speak.

Since starting IVF, I sometimes have sudden hot flashes.  A friend bought me a hot girl pearls necklace, but I can’t always take it with me.  So I snapped up this Mini Fan and Power Bank that’s about the size of a bottle of foundation.

Caught outside on a hot day?  Trapped in the second level of a too-warm bar?  Metro car a bit too hot?  This thing is the solution, and it doubles as a power bank in case your phone needs a boost.  If you just need the power bank, this one also has solar charging capabilities.

This Luma & Co. candle cloche was my favorite gift last year, and it’s my favorite again this year.  The new, premium version is also wonderful.  Or visit her Etsy shop for taper candle holders and accessories.

I have gifted leather gloves to relative, to mentees, and to friends, because they’re pretty, and useful and a little bit luxurious.  These Ralph Lauren gloves with touchscreen compatibility are a wonderful pick.  Also, for a little more money, J.Crew has a cashmere-lined glove that is worth a look.  This Frye glove is also a nice pick for under-$60.

Cuticle cream?  As a gift?  Oh, yes.  The world’s greatest apricot cuticle cream.  And when you order it from the Dior website, it comes in the most fantastic wrapped box.  It’s a little bit of luxury and a fantastically effective beauty product.

So many great ideas here! I love when I see stocking stuffer ideas that are not ‘junk’ items. Just because it’s small doesn’t mean it needs to be useless! Thanks for sharing!

A few months ago, my husband killed two of my plants. I was out of town for several weeks, and while I was away, he apparently forgot that plants need water to live. So when I returned, my snake plant and my Calamondin tree were both dead, while his braided money tree continued to thrive. […]

Business Casual Outfit: Linen Closet

And just like that, it’s April. Summer is almost upon us, and the retailers are filled with linen wares. Now, you know that I am usually unwilling to wear linen to work due to the wrinkles. But in this post-pandemic world, perhaps my mind can change.
