Every year, we talk about holiday desserts, specifically cookies.  We post favorites recipes for cookie swaps, holiday gatherings, and late-night snacking.  Because baking is one of the best parts of the holidays.

This year, these Gingerbread Cupcakes caught my eye.  (But they’re decorated with cookies, so it still counts!)  I’m also going with a classic, Peanut Butter Blossoms.
