There is nothing  permanent except change. — Heraclitus

Clean. Don’t ask me to do the office housework!

Warm. A dreamy, affordable sweater for weekend wear.

Climb. For women to succeed, we need to lift them into management.

Green. An olive raincoat and olive winter coat. Now I just need the martini.

Numbers. What is a size 8, anyway? Fixing the clothing size conundrum.

Rouge. This Donna Karan red dress is a stunner (and on sale for <$150).

Wealth. A 5-minute finance class with Ellevest’s Sallie Krawcheck.  And what to consider before you negotiate your salary.

Animal. I fell hard for these Superga leopard sneakers.

Unequal. The sexist myths that just won’t die.

Waterproof. Aquatalia sale at Rack. Who needs weatherproof commute boots?

Plan. How to structure your remote work habits to be more productive.

Dangle. These Gorjana hoops are the perfect Goldilocks size.

The title is self-explanatory.  The article is worth a read.

Gorjana is my new favorite earring line! I discovered them through Trunk Club, and I have quickly developed quite the collection. I love how they are good basic earrings with a bit of a punch.

I just ordered those Superga sneakers!! I’m completely in love with them.

    That Time article is sobering.

Thank you for sharing the article by the author of Speak (I’ve Talked with Teenage Boys about Sexual Assault for 20 Years). I loved that book when it came out (20 years ago!) and find those reflections interesting, if sad.

And just like that, it’s April. Summer is almost upon us, and the retailers are filled with linen wares. Now, you know that I am usually unwilling to wear linen to work due to the wrinkles. But in this post-pandemic world, perhaps my mind can change.

The Range: Spring Blouses for Work (or Zoom)

Since Sloane was born, I’ve fallen hard into a black, white, and blue wardrobe. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but as spring blooms, I need a little color in my wardrobe (and probably a little print too). Here are a few tops that caught my eye for work.
