Any tips on avoiding creases when hot rolling? I love the volume I get and the curls on the ends, but I always feel like there’s a bit of a crease on the sides of my head where the roller starts “rolling”.
I love the atricle on the “amplification strategy” for a few reasons, but mostly because it shows women working together to help each other succeed. I’ve known a few women that were more detrimental to other ladies in the office than the men.
