I mentioned last week that I need to cut back on the posts for a little while. My class load is rather extreme this semester, and a few extra hours per week will make a big difference.
After a lot of thought, I have decided to cut the morning post. It takes a surprising amount of time to find three like items and their petite and plus-size counterparts. Instead, each Friday, I’ll post a Splurge vs. Save post featuring a few great items I found that week. There will now be two posts per day that will go up at 11:00AM and 1:00PM Eastern.
Do what ya gotta do, Belle! I still can’t believe how much content you continue to produce for the blog in addition to your accelerated JD program.
Agreed! Very impressive.
I do hope you will bring the 3 items at different price points back soon – and having petite + plus options was GREAT, way more than any other blog I follow.
But DEFINITELY take care of you first!!
You’re leading by example. I think this is great. Thank you for being honest.
Also- I love that the words “I’m sorry” do not appear in this post at all.
Good luck during this last semester, and speedy recovery!
Have always loved your blog and that you publish good, thoughtful content. You were my guidebook when I first moved to DC to be a staff assistant. And a couple job changes later, you continue to be an inspiration for me.
I love that you are switching the content and direction of the blog to exactly what you want. And I agree with Jen, I love that the words “I’m sorry” were nowhere to be found.
Good luck this semester!
Best of luck with your semester! And I’m so happy to hear that you are healthy 🙂
Good luck with your class load, sounds tough! I’m amazed you can keep up with the blog at all with everything you do, but I’m always happy to have something to read at CHS!
good luck with this semester. i look forward to reading your posts 🙂
Shoot, I sometimes struggle To READ posts! (Though I do love binge-blog reading on the weekends… ) Belle, its more important to me that you maintain a presence. Do whatever you need to do to stay inspired and sustainable! Your followers support you!
Best wishes for a successful term!
I love Splurge vs Save so I’m still a happy camper!!
