H&M Tie Neck Sweater ($25)

I love this tie neck sweater, it’s a great layering and transition piece.  Wear an ivory chiffon blouse underneath it, or a burgundy blazer over it.  You can even throw it on over your sleeveless v-neck sheath dresses.

Other great sweaters from H&M include this basic grey sweater with a button shoulder.  I also like this fine-knit drape sweater (looks great with a wide-leg trouser).  And if you’re looking for something different, I recommend this vivid orange turtleneck or this honeycomb-texture pullover.

I couldn’t find anything that looked just like this in the different size categories, so I just pulled my favorite sweater from each.

Plus-size: I love this Vince Camuto lace trim sweater ($109) Petite: This Caslon cowl-neck tunic would be on the top of my list (also in misses size).  Tall: I like this cozy turtleneck from Gap.

Hi, Belle! I love this sweater! I was just wondering, do you typically purchase your normal size in tops from H&M? There isn’t a store close by, and I and never know what size to order online.

  2. That H&M sweater is a great pick! I can see it going with nearly everything in my closet.

Beauty Review: Bondi Boost

As I age, I notice many changes in my body. Most are fine. Some are frustrating. Like many women, I lost a lot of hair in my postpartum phase. Being anemic for more than a year after, it didn’t grow back in to its former glory. So I’ve tried any number of shampoos, pills and […]

The Find: Shirts That Don’t Gape

I remember when Rochelle Behrens launched The Shirt — a button-down blouse with anti-gape technology (a patented internal button that keeps the look smooth). The idea seemed brilliant, but at the time, my bust didn’t require an extra button. One baby later, I understand the need for some extra security.
