10th Commandment: December 13

Dec 13, 2013

I don’t own many sweaters, because DC isn’t cold enough to really need them.  But Montana is another story.  I was so cold on my last visit, when the daily high hovered around -3, that I started thinking I need to keep some sweaters in Montana for conditions like these.  I shall call them my ‘Why can’t you people just retire and move to Arizona like everyone else?’ sweaters.

Ha! I’m wearing the black version of the EB sweater to work today. It’s so comfy and warm.

Okay, of the 3 sweaters, my favorite one is the Eddie Bauer – it looks so cozy and warm! Perfect for a day like today!

Because I know you’re a Gilt person, Barrow & Grove (I think this is one of their in-house brands)makes a cableknit funnel neck sweater that I recently purchased and I am almost embarrassed at how much I’ve worn it. In fact, I was so impressed with the quality and style that I am awaiting the arrival of two more from that brand. Gilt is hit or miss for me but this was definitely a hit.
