This striped top from Theory is at the top of spring shopping list. I also found this similar top in silk, which I also adore.
In the less expensive category, this $59 Vince Camuto top is cute, as is this $69 number that also comes in solid black. And if you really want to save your pennies, this short sleeve top and this long sleeve top are both under-$20.
I also found this cute peplum tank with a bow on the back and this one that comes in a navy, white and lime palette.
