DvF Printed Canvas Laptop Bag ($225)

I receive a lot of reader mail about the best laptop bags for working professionals.  So when I spotted this cool, printed number with chartreuse accents, I had to post it.  It definitely makes a statement.  And if you like the graphic stylings of DvF but not the price, her luggage laptop tote comes in three color combinations and costs just $60.

Not a fan of bold prints?  This green turnlock bag, this bright berry tote and this purple nylon Marc Jacobs can bring a little color to your look.

Just want basic leather?  This kidskin Knomo dome satchel is pricey but gorgeous, as is this Brahmin tote that comes in seven colors.  If you want something a bit cheaper, this deep brown bag has a dome shape and long handle for $100.  And this patent leather bag comes in red and black for $35.

And if you need something that can function more like luggage, Bric’s has gorgeous bag for $345 or you can invest in my favorite bag from Lo & Sons.

It’s allegedly spring. However, for every minute of sunshine, there seems to be an hour of rain and gloom. So while I’d love to wear lighter spring pieces, it’s time to bring on the layers.

Business Casual Outfit: Linen Closet

And just like that, it’s April. Summer is almost upon us, and the retailers are filled with linen wares. Now, you know that I am usually unwilling to wear linen to work due to the wrinkles. But in this post-pandemic world, perhaps my mind can change.
