3.1 Phillip Lim Leather Sleeve Top ($795)

Hill Staffer

Aiko Leather Sleeve Tee (Intermix, $198)

Paid Intern

Top in Knit and Leather-like Sleeves (Asos, $44)

Leather accents and trims are hot this fall.  However, leather can be expensive and I know some of you prefer not to wear it for ethical reasons.  So this top from Theory gives you a similarly edgy look without the leather for under $100.

    Thanks for the non-leather option!

I really love this trend and am pretty bummed out to be too pregnant to pull it off right now. Good choices, Belle!

I'm not a fan of this look/trend at all. However, so glad you posted the option from Asos. As much as I don't like the look, seeing it “on a person” as opposed to just the item itself, it looks a little better. Would this look be office appropriate? It seems either too casual or too risky a look for many a Washington offices?

The Range: Spring Blouses for Work (or Zoom)

Since Sloane was born, I’ve fallen hard into a black, white, and blue wardrobe. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but as spring blooms, I need a little color in my wardrobe (and probably a little print too). Here are a few tops that caught my eye for work.
