Joie Elvia Lace Top (Piperlime, $218)
Typically, the Two Ways pieces are under $100 an always under $150, but today is a special case. The Joie top in the photo is on sale, 20-percent-off with code ME, at Piperlime until COB today. This brings the price down to an upper-Hill Staffer level of $174. And since yours truly has been staring at this top since I spotted it two years ago, it might be time to pull the trigger.
Now, if this price point is out of your reach, never fear, I dug up some other options. This lace back peplum blouse from Topshop is incredibly stylish and $56. If you want something closer to the photo above, the ecru C. Luce blouse is also from Piperlime and $79 ($63 on sale). But this Madewell blouse is definitely the closest I could find and costs $118.
It's not as pretty but at 17 bucks – it is sold out online, but they still have it in-store in NYC

I purchased the pink one of these: https://shop.nordstrom.com/s/frenchi-lace-tee-juniors/3259804?origin=keywordsearch&fashionColor=&resultback=2363 recently and LOVE IT. It doesn't come with a shell, so make sure you have a cami to go under it. I think it looks just like the Madewell/JCrew ones, but only at $32
I love lace blouses – but what should I wear under it? Nude tank? Nude cami? A colored bandeau? when and where are different options appropriate????
