Polyvore Set Here.

For the Office. This blouse reminds me of Halle Berry’s 2002 Elie Saab Oscar dress.  I love the delicate embroidery.  I paired this blouse with the berry skirt for a feminine work look, and I like the way the delicate flats compliment the blouse.  However, you could pair it with a pair of t-strap pumps in nude if you feel like you need to wear heels

I added a belt to the outfit to lend structure to the outfit and raise it up from church attire to the office.  I also added a Modalu Pippa Grab bag, which I still believe is the perfect leather office bag.  And I accessorized with a selection of delicate rings to bring out the colors in the blouse.

For the hair, I would wear it down and wavy.  For the makeup, I would choose a pink cheek, a pale lip and lined eyes.  I would also paint my nails a deep berry color or a pale pink.

For a Casual Dinner.  When I want to grab a casual dinner in my neighborhood, I like to dress up a little.  It’s nice to wear something a little nicer than jeans or a sundress, but not go for full dinner attire.  I think this casual, printed blouse and Capri pant outfit is perfect for a relaxed evening out.

I accessorized this simple outfit with one of the hottest colors of 2012, mint.  The portfolio clutch and large stud earrings lift the outfit.  I also added a chic clutch to give the outfit a little something extra.

For the hair, I would either wear it down and stick straight or up in a bouncy, teased ponytail.  For the makeup, I would do a bronzy-plum cheek with a nude lip and winged eyeliner.  I’d also paint my nails a bright red, I like Essie Lollipop.

    Hello Belle!
I looked up the blouse you suggested wearing to work and it looks almost transparent on the mannequin. I wouldn't think it would be appropriate for work, but I might just be overly conservative. If it is appropriate and one were to wear that to work, what would be best (and not lumpy) to wear underneath it?

I want to thank the person that recommended The Limited pencil skirt last week. The hot pink wasn't available, but I got it in a berry color similar to the one above and I absolutely love it! The cut and material are just perfect. I wish there were more colors available because the price is great and I want to order another.

I purchased the Modalu Pippa bag at Christmas time and could not be more pleased! I have the shark (grey) color and an getting complements on it all the time! Quality piece that is definitely worth the money.

I hate Zara… not only are their smallest clothing sizes too big for me, but they never have shoes available in my size either. I saw these shoes yesterday, but predictably there was nothing smaller than a 7. And I've heard great things about their jacket/blazers, but I was swimming in the XS. 🙁
