Factory Knit Stripe Blazer (J.Crew, $94.50)

A knit jersey blazer is a surprisingly versatile addition to your wardrobe.  I bought one last year at a consignment shop thinking that I would wear it a couple of times.  I wore it nearly a half-dozen times in one month.  I was amazed at how well it transitioned from fall to spring and casual to office.

Check back at 1:00PM for Two Ways to wear this blazer.

This blazer just answered the question I was going to ask you today! I'm going to the Congressional Women's softball game tomorrow night for the first time and wasn't quite sure what the dress code was. I'm thinking that if I bring something like this to throw over a simple tank and white jeans, I'm good!
    Any other tips?

Just bought it! If you use the promo code SHOPNOW, you can get 30% off. With shipping and tax, I got it for about $80.

Ah, the joys of consignment shopping. That's all I have to contribute.

My Best Amazon Fashion Finds

One of the hallmarks of being middle-aged is buying your clothing in the same place you buy your groceries. For some people it’s Costco, for others it’s Target, for me, it’s Amazon. Yesterday, I opened a box that contained a bag of dog treats, gummy candy, a tin of olive oil and a dress. So […]
