10th Commandment: April 9

Apr 9, 2012

I’ve seen the double cuff look on several other bloggers.  At first, I thought you anyone who wore double cuffs risked looking like Wonder Woman.  However, when I saw the look on the flawless Kelly Framel (The Glamourai), I realized that it could look really cool to wear the metal or leather cuffs over the chiffon or silk cuffs of a feminine blouse.

I am curious if the double-cuffing trend would make my wrists look clunkier than usual…I do like the idea though. It looks cool if a blouse has sleeves.

I have two pretty bronze cuffs I got for the price of one at a consignment shop (neither the teller nor myself noticed it was two nestled together). They look chic on both wrists… Until I realize I look like Genie from Disney's Aladdin. Off they go.
