Drape Front Sleeveless (TopShop, $60)
This top reminds me of a Helmut Lang blouse I really want to own but can’t commit to buy. I like the draped front and the bubbly hem and the bright color. Check back at 1:00PM for Two Ways to wear this blouse.

Love the color! That being said, this style would not work well unless the individual was above-average height or was blessed with long legs!
