BPGP: Bliss Ingrown Eliminating Pads

Dec 1, 2011

Bliss Ingrown Eliminating Pads ($38, two for $68)

Before I went waxing, I heard all these horror stories about regrowth.  Specifically, the possibility that you could develop massive amounts of unsightly and painful ingrown hairs.  This terrified me more than the initial pain, so when the technician at Bliss DC, Shae, recommended these pads to prevent any negative after effects, I was in.

Loaded with glycolic and salycilic acid to exfoliate and kill bacteria, these pads are a miracle product.  You need them.  That is all.

wait have you tried this product yet? and has it worked results for you?

  2. Huh. I seem to be the only one who gets ingrowns exclusively from shaving, never waxing! Which, of course, is one of the reasons I only wax.

  3. sb says:

Or you could just buy Stridex Daily Care Acne pads, with essentially the same ingredients in them. Retail price approx. $4. Recommended by my waxer, and they have been a livesaver for me!

  4. Lauren says:

There’s a 20% off promo right now on the bliss site – THANKS20 I think I might have to try them…second day in a row you have me spending money…

  5. Belle says:

    10 days in, no problems.

  6. C says:

I get the most nightmarish of ingrown hairs and the only thing that has worked? Cheap, clear, roll-on deodorant (the kind on the bottom shelf because no one buys it). Miracle worker. Apparently it's what exotic dancers use and I'd guess they'd know best!

It’s allegedly spring. However, for every minute of sunshine, there seems to be an hour of rain and gloom. So while I’d love to wear lighter spring pieces, it’s time to bring on the layers.

Business Casual Outfit: Linen Closet

And just like that, it’s April. Summer is almost upon us, and the retailers are filled with linen wares. Now, you know that I am usually unwilling to wear linen to work due to the wrinkles. But in this post-pandemic world, perhaps my mind can change.
