Enjoy a summer in the park with this ikat skirt and bright fuschia, tasseled sandals. Add simple earrings and small chain chain bag for a ladylike outfit for brunch, church or casual evenings out. You could add a belt if you want, but the pattern of the skirt is so interesting, I thought I would just let it alone.
Truth be told, I created this entire outfit just so I could finally use that belt. Talk about a statement piece. Mix in basic pieces in different shades of grey (the same shade is too matchy-matchy) with the blouse for a pretty work look. As for accessories, I chose an earring that coordinates with the fuschia in the belt and simple, hammered gold ring.
It’s a bit too hot for this outfit right now, but it will be perfect for early Autumn. While I don’t usually wear hoops, I thought they were appropriate for a boho-chic feel with the embellished sandal and the large cuff. Also, this crossbody satchel is a good choice for under-$125.
Belle, I am usually a skeptic of sheer tops (have a hard time finding the right sort of camisole or bra to go underneath), but you've convinced me to get the Topshop blouse and the Geren Ford blouse from a couple weeks ago. They really are work/casual versatile and can be dressed up or down. Nice finds!
wow, i love this 'study date' look
