Mona Dress ($193, also in petite)

Anthropologie is offering 25%-off dresses and jewelry.  So if you’re looking for party dresses, work dresses, or casual dresses.

This dress is hot.  I love the mix of textures–the sheer with the sequins and the knit.  It might be the best holiday cocktail dress that I’ve ever seen.

If it’s party dresses that you’re looking for, this short-sleeve, laser-cut dress in black is another great option.  Looking for color?  This draped front dress in pine green is lovely, and if you want to see the funnest (most fun?) party dress ever, check out this orange  flutter dress.  I also love this soft, watercolor-plaid dress with a full skirt (could also be worn in spring).

Need a gown?  This Cloudlace dress makes my heart melt.

Prefer work dresses?  This Eunoia pencil dress in shades of red is a bold choice.  This Hadre dress could be worn now with burgundy or dark blue accessories, or in the warmer months.  I also love this Ballerina dress with a faux-wrap style.

Also, don’t miss the jewelry sale.  New baubles can breathe life back into an old dress.  I adore these Nettle Wisp drops with shades of Labradorite.  If posts are more your thing, these compass rose studs have a lovely celestial feel.  And if you’re searching for a big necklace to lift your look, this Skye necklace is very fun.

It’s allegedly spring. However, for every minute of sunshine, there seems to be an hour of rain and gloom. So while I’d love to wear lighter spring pieces, it’s time to bring on the layers.

Business Casual Outfit: Linen Closet

And just like that, it’s April. Summer is almost upon us, and the retailers are filled with linen wares. Now, you know that I am usually unwilling to wear linen to work due to the wrinkles. But in this post-pandemic world, perhaps my mind can change.
