Stylish, Under-$50 Spring Scarves

Tasha ‘The Ringer’ Infinity Scarf ($24)

Ivory scarves are a wardrobe staple for me.  In fact, my ivory Love Quotes scarf is worn so frequently, I need to replace it each spring.  If you’d like something less expensive, this under-$25 scarf is a great option.

Nordstrom is selling a number of chic and inexpensive scarves this season.  I love this watercolor print scarf (especially the grey and yellow print), and this metallic and soft pastel scarf is also lovely.  And this Echo scarf comes in several bright colors with a bold circle print.

Lastly, I may object to animal prints in some circumstances, but this fox-print scarf in grey and delicate mauve looks so chic when draped around the neck.  And I’ve said this many times, but if you’re not sure how to tie scarves or how to incorporate them into your wardrobe, you can’t do better than the tutorials on Pinterest.

I love the cashmere feather weight scarves at Nordstrom, they are a bit pricier at $88 but frequently go on sale through the website (I got two for about $50 each). They come in dozens of colors and I wear them in spring, summer, and fall. https://shop.nordstrom.com/S/nordstrom-tissue-weight-wool-cashmere-wrap/3196871?origin=related-3196871-0-1-3-2-Rich%20Relevence

Like Belle I became a fan of the Love Quotes scarves after my mom bought me one for my birthday, and these have held up as a great alternative.

I bought a really inexpensive ($10 or less) lightweight scarf with a colorful chevron pattern at Eastern Market last year. I wear it often and get tons of compliments! They have a huge selection–I’d recommend heading over on a warmer weekend afternoon soon and checking it out.

Belle, I have a question. I have a love quotes scarf (which I got per your recommendation) and I LOVE it but I always have trouble with it getting caught on things and snagging resulting in its rapid destruction. Have you experienced this? Is there anything that can be done to fix snags or prevent them from occurring?

The Find: A Versatile Sweater Jacket

It’s allegedly spring. However, for every minute of sunshine, there seems to be an hour of rain and gloom. So while I’d love to wear lighter spring pieces, it’s time to bring on the layers.
