Throughout my pregnancy, I’ve seen items I thought were lovely but that I couldn’t wear right now. Occasionally, the items have been so fabulous that I bought them anyway. This business suit is one of them. Let’s have a look.
I am absolutely smitten with this peacock teal color. It is perfect for fall-winter, and you can pull it off in summer.
The blazer option comes in a one-button version and a modern two-button cut.
I love a wide leg pant with a slim suit jacket. This pair are fabulous, but they also make a straight leg pair. The sizes run 00-18, in a curvy and regular cut, as well as petite and tall lengths.
Prefer a skirt? They have a great pencil skirt too. I bought both, because I like to have options.

So what are we wearing this suit with? In summer, or the warm weeks of September, I am wearing this with an ivory blouse and a tortoise shell pump. It’s a little bit lighter.
For winter, I would wear a black blouse, black tights (darker the better), and a pair of tall black boots.

Whoa – this is stunning. I haven’t had to wear a suit for a long time (and haven’t missed it), but the color and the cut of this suit is incredible.
This color is stunning! And I’m so ready for fall lol
I’m dressing more casually these days and don’t need this, but it’s gorgeous!
This “ominous teal” version is astounding — I laughed out loud at the color name, too. I’m supposed to be sewing my first suit next month now that I’ve built up the skills to make one and it looks like I’m spending hundreds of dollars to buy one instead…
Those pants in the “ominous teal” are gorgeous, but I came across them in a powder blue that just speaks to my soul: https://www.anntaylor.com/the-high-waist-wide-leg-pant/593894?=undefined&selectedColor=1545
Any tips on styling them for business casual plus office (a.k.a. legal and finance office that’s ditched the suits post-pandemic, but still only jeans on Fridays)???
The pants are machine washable!
