This week, I’m giving away a selection of polishes from my new-favorite brand, Deborah Lippmann. These colors are bright, pretty and perfect for every day wear.
The bright red on the left is a traditional Parisian red called It’s Raining Men. The middle shade is an ethereal shimmering pink called Dream a Little Dream. And the final shade is sheer pale pink called Baby Love.
These polishes retail for $16 a piece, but today, they can be yours for free if you win this giveaway. To enter, simply leave a comment containing the name or color of your favorite nail polish shade for summer or fall.
I happen to LOVE Essie’s Lollipop, a bold red, for summer, and NARS Purple Rain, a dark purple with gold flecks, for fall. But I’m currently wearing Deborah Lippmann’s Between the Sheets, a magenta shade.

This summer, I wore China Glaze's “For Audry” (a lovely Tiffany blue) on my toes almost every day. I'm wicked excited about fall, though: OPI's “You Don't Know Jacques” (my favorite grey-brown) will be on my nails 24/7 starting after Labor Day.

China Glaze's Flip Flop Fantasy is a ridiculously bright neon pink for summer. Honestly, the application sucks but the color payout is freaking amazing. For Autumn, and also into winter, I am another lover of OPI's I'm not Really a Waitress (although when I first discovered it, I was!) and also China Glaze's Ruby Pumps.

Im pretty classic when it comes to my fingernail polish…I wear Essie's “Ballet Slippers” – it's a hint of pink/mauve/taupe. Very subtle.
For my toenails – I'm a little more daring. I opt for oranges, reds and corals in the summer but am looking forward to trying the burgandy and greys.

Btw, did you know Deborah Lippmann polishes are also supposedly 5 Free (no Formaldehyde, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Toluene, Formaldehyde Resin or Camphor)? So, not only beautiful, but healthier than other polishes, too! I'd love to win these!

In the spring and summer, I prefer a lighter shade such as OPI's Mimosas for Mr. & Mrs or Isn't It Romantic. For fall, I love the classic OPI Red or An Affair in Red Square. Essie's Demure Vixen has become my go-to polish. I can't call it a shimmer, per say, but it looks like a nude/super light lavender with a lilac and pink sheen to it. It goes with everything and lasts forever. If you like more traditional colors, make sure to check it out!

Loxy Lady- as one might guess, it is a smoked salmon color by the makers of Wet N' Wild- it was purchased just for the name (as you can do when a nail polish only costs 2 dollars), but the shade is actually very cute!

I usually stick to the same shades year round. My “go-to” color is one coat of Essie's Ballet Slippers with one coat of Essie's “Mademoiselle” on top. It creates the perfect sheer pale pink!

I've been rocking my Essie Turquoise and Caicos, a light blue Nail Savvy polish from a looonnggg time ago and MAC's Peppermint Patty on rotation. Nail Savvy being the most blue, Turqoise and Caicos being in the middle and Peppermint Patty being on the greener pastel side. I am clearly stuck on that general color scheme.

Too hard to choose just one, its like picking a favorite child. For fall: I like deeper blue based reds on short fingernails like OPI “Big Apple Red”. I definitely need a good deeper flirting with burgundy shade for this fall. I've got my eye on Deborah Lippmann “Lady is a Tramp”. On my toes I run the gamut from extremely glittery (OPI's “Mad as a Hatter”) to neutral (Sephora by Opi “Metro Chic”).

I absolutely adore Confetti's Masquarade Ball. It's cheap – I got it for $0.99 at the local drug store – but three coats of this and a topcoat is beautiful for fall/transitioning into winter.
As for summer, I personally loved using Confetti's Debutante as an undercoat to Revlon's Chili — the gold shimmered underneath the red jelly and could catch the light in a multitude of ways.
(What can I say? I sometimes love to wear cheap nail polish.)

When I can't get in to see the manicurist, I really like to put a light coat of Salley Hansen's Nearly Nude Creme over the whole nail with a coat of the Insta-Dri Anti-Chip Top Coat. It makes my nails look like I got a manicure and saves time and money.
